Yesterday at Day 2 of the Happiness and it’s Meaning conference (which I will write about in more detail later), the creator of Action for Happiness, spoke about how to live happier on a day to day level. The picture above somes it up. After 2 days of happiness talk, I am inspired more to create a happier environment for myself and those around me.
